Food & waitress service is very good. This restaurant has been around for many years & the food is still good!

Food was delicious as usual for so many years never disappointed. Food quality and taste perfect with fresh ingredients. Service was perfectly fine especially the owner. The environment is a restaurant style. Just one of the waitress so weird, ask her bring cake over with candle and informed her who is the birthday boy, guess what, she bring me the cake and candle separately and expect me to bring my own lighter and the surprise suddenly gone as the cake put in front of me and I have to lighten the candle myself and send to the birthday boy. For food, is definitely recommended.

Eat big, treat myself & family for a great dinner. Everything is good, food also good. Just, the price might expensive. Cny pakage.

This is one of the more famous place to get Chinese food dishes with accompanying rice. If you find parking at the small lane in front of the restaurant stressful, then park at the basement parking in the next door Megamall and do a small walk across. As far as food goes, I fully recommend the fish steamboat. The soup, which is refillable, has an impressive taste. Thicker than usual, the taste packs a punch with perfect mix of flavour to complement whatever you wish to add on into it. The prawn was deliciously cooked and goes well with the salad while the chicken was definitely one of the better ones I have tasted. However, I would skip the pork (dong poh rou) which was disappointing to me. This dish should be tender and have a melt in your mouth consistency. Here, I found it a bit hard while the mantou also wasn't up to standard. The menu however is extensive and I look forward to trying their other dishes.

One of the old times (老字号) Chinese restaurant in Penang that is popular among the locals for generations - especially for weddings & reunion / gathering (during CNY). The place here in Prai is smaller than the one on the Island, so it is recommended to make reservation during weekend or during festivity / holiday period - especially for big groups. Delicious & savoury Chinese cuisine. Recommended to try the fish steamboat. Can also order the fish soup (as in the pic) to go with course or normal rice dinner. The iced honeydew sago desert was superb! The lady boss is very friendly & always cheerful in greeting her patrons. Her staff were also very polite & attentive. Waiting time wasn't long. Place was clean & comfortable.
